Terms & Conditions: WOC x LTHYW 10 Year Anniversary Raffle

1. Eligibility:
The WOC x LTHYW Co-Branded 10 Year Anniversary Raffle ("Raffle") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of WOC Worldwide and LTHYW, as well as any affiliates or sponsors of this Raffle, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @LTHYW and @WOCWorldwide on Instagram.

  • Like the official Raffle post on Instagram.

  • Share the post on their Instagram stories, tagging both @LTHYW and @WOCWorldwide.

  • Complete the entry form via the link provided in the Raffle post.

  • Optionally, tag one or more friends in the post’s comments for bonus entries.

Only entries completed in accordance with these instructions will be eligible.

3. Raffle Period:
The Raffle will begin on June 5, 2025 and end on June 19, 2025. All entries must be received by June 19, 2025 at 11:59 pm to be eligible for the prize.

4. Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following:

  • One (1) VIP Ticket to LTHYW’s 10 Year Anniversary event with Makinna Moore.

  • One (1) LTHYW Swag Bag.

  • One (1) WOC Beauty Box.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. All expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, taxes, and gratuities.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days following the close of the Raffle. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to allow WOC Worldwide and LTHYW to use their names, Instagram handles, and any content submitted (e.g., images, video, etc.) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing and social media promotions, without compensation or further consent.

7. General Conditions:
By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. WOC Worldwide and LTHYW reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control affects the administration, security, or fairness of the Raffle.

8. Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WOC Worldwide, LTHYW, and their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability or damages resulting from or arising out of participation in the Raffle, including but not limited to, any injury, loss, or damage of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

9. Privacy:
Personal information collected from entrants will be used only for the purposes of administering this Raffle and in accordance with the privacy policies of WOC Worldwide and LTHYW. For more information, refer to our respective privacy policies available on our websites.

10. Governing Law:
The Raffle is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, participants agree that any claim or action relating to this Raffle shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina, and by entering, entrants waive any objection to such venue or jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimer:
This Raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram from any and all liability related to the Raffle.

By entering the Raffle, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
