Frequently Asked Questions

WOC Worldwide is a private platform connecting founders and investors to build, scale, and fund women-led consumer brands. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, capital, and brand elevation—supporting women at different stages of their journey through education, advisory, curated access, and selective investment opportunities.
What began as curated conversations and experiences has evolved into a focused ecosystem designed for clarity, credibility, and long-term value creation.

WOC Circle is a private, invite-only workspace for students and early-stage founders exploring or beginning their journey in consumer brands. It provides curated resources, structured touchpoints, and peer connection—without the pressure of fundraising, scaling, or visibility.
Circle is not a membership program, accelerator, or investment pathway. It exists to support learning, execution, and clarity at the early stages.
-
No. WOC is not a traditional membership community.
While our work is informed by years of community-building and shared experience, WOC now operates as a platform with distinct pathways—each designed to serve founders, investors, and operating brands differently.
Participation across programs, advisory, and investing is selective and purpose-driven.
-
Yes! —but selectively.
Events are part of our history and DNA. While we’ve historically used events to connect women across the country, we’re now more intentional and selective — focusing on experiences that align deeply with our mission.
WOC hosts a limited number of curated experiences each year, including:
Educational salons
Investor and founder gatherings
Brand elevation moments
These experiences are designed to support alignment, visibility, and long-term outcomes—not ongoing networking or open attendance.
-
Support varies by brand and may include:
Strategic advisory
Brand positioning and launch guidance
Product and manufacturing strategy
Retail or press exposure through curated experiences
Investment consideration (select cases)
The nature and depth of involvement varies by brand, and WOC does not guarantee outcomes.
-
WOC centers women of color and women-led brands, particularly in consumer categories where access to capital, insight, and opportunity has historically been limited. Our work also includes aligned partners, collaborators, and investors who share that commitment.
-
The best way to stay connected is by subscribing to our newsletter and engaging with the resources we share. Invitations to programs, Circle, events, or investment conversations are extended selectively based on alignment and readiness.
As a first step you may submit a Founder or Investor inquiry (whichever is appropriate) to be considered for future programming, experiences and events.
